Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in the Steel Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring productivity and efficiency are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team
• Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
• Monitor and evaluate performance of team members
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Mining & Metals industry
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
