Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Fine Dining Etiquette:

Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining procedures and etiquette.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Food and Beverage Knowledge:

Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Table Maintenance:

Ensure tables are set and maintained according to restaurant standards.
Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart.
