Job Description
Location: Greater Accra and Western Region
Type: Full-Time
Previous managerial role in the oil & gas industry required
- Age: 30+
Position Overview:
The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction at filling stations
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily activities in assigned clusters, and ensure that operational strategies are effectively implemented
- Staff Management: Lead and mentor station supervisors and staff.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain service standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Health and Safety Management: Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and respond to incidents as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular performance reports to higher management. Maintain accurate records of all cluster activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Candidates must be 30 years or older.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with knowledge of stock management, sales strategies, and HSSEQ regulations.
