Job Description

USG Research Consults is a leading consultancy firm based in Accra and specializing in research services across various sectors. We are seeking to employ experienced and qualified individuals for the position of Research Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Support the development of research proposals and projects.
Conduct literature reviews and contribute to drafting research reports.
Collaborate with research teams to ensure the quality and timely completion of projects.
Participate in fieldwork and data gathering exercises.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Accounting, Public Health, Economics, Education, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in research or a related role.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in research software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata, Nvivo) is an added advantage.
