Health & Safety Officer

1. Conduct continuing education to provide and update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.
2. Enforce compliance of health and safety policies and rules to achieve zero fatality on all sites.
3. Conduct daily inspection of facilities to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions to prevent injuries or illness in the workplace.
4. Investigate and report on causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site.
5. Maintaining records of accidents, complaints, maintenance activities, inspections, and other activities related to environmental health and safety.
6. Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety laws and communicate any changes to management and employees.
8. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe practices.
9. Recommend and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or injuries.
10. Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and make improvements as needed.
