Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Finance Manager will manage financial records, budget monitoring and reporting to the General Manager and Head of Finance. Ensure compliance with industry and statutory regulations, and internal financial policies. This role supports financial decision-making and ensures funds are utilized effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
 Candidate must be pursuing a Professional certification in accounting (CA, ACCA, etc)
 At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To ensure that the Company’s books of Accounts and other records of financial transactions are up to date and well kept.
• To ensure timely preparation of the monthly (Outsourced staff) payroll.
• To prepare monthly financial reports.
• To prepare monthly Bank and other ledger Reconciliations.
• To implement appropriate policies and procedures for petty cash, credit controls, assets register, etc aimed at safeguarding the Company’s assets.
• To file and process all statutory payments, like PAYE, SSF and VAT to the appropriate institutions.
• To assist in the provision of inputs, guidance and coordination in the preparation of Annual Budget and to maintain efficient budgetary control system.
• To liaise with the Company’s external auditors to prepare final draft accounts of the Company.
