Job Description

This is a remote job. We are looking for both FULL TIME and PART TIME Virtual Assistants to work from home. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented virtual assistant with excellent English skills to join our team (Advanced English level REQUIRED). The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly sales-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, executing all marketing activities, speaking to customers and building relationships with them.

Responsibilities:
Talk to customers in a timely manner.
Increase our clients' sales with our services.
Build relationships with customers to serve them better.
Manage administrative tasks during the shift

Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Team player with a positive and outgoing attitude.
Sales experience.
Have worked in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable Internet connection.
Discipline, adaptability and self-motivation.
Decision-making and assertiveness.
The possibility of having video calls with other team members.

During the first 1-3 months of training (training length depends on how fast the skills are picked up), the salary is $3.00/hr USD with no commission, but after training is over the salary goes up to $4.00/hr USD + up to 10% commission on sales and bonuses. Commission and bonuses can go up to $1500/month and that's not including salary!
