Job Description

To provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress by implementing creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects or campaigns and oversee them to completion
- Oversee several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented

- Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
- Direct and motivate teams of art director, illustrators, copywriters, graphic designers, etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas after which you will write, design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, be responsible for the creative philosophy across the department and provide feedback to the team
- Take responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or department
- Develop ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns and present to directors in-house

Experience and Requirement:
- Degree in Art Design/Advertising with approximately 3-5yr+experience, agency experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe creative suite.
- Hybrid designer: print and digital. Fierce attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of presenting creative work. Ability to creatively adapt a master brand in beautiful and meaningful ways.
- Demonstrate outstanding creative conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean and visually strong.
