Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive business growth within the company: to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income and business objectives. The job holder will coordinate and track the progress of all projects under execution and give updates to Clients’ Service team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet these goals
- To evaluate current sales performance and identify ways PG Advertising Agency Limited can expand and grow.
- Design and implement business development strategies to generate more business for the company
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients to build long-term relationships
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to laid-down rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy 3600 feedback and after-sales support

Experience and Requirement:
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline with approximately 3-5yr+experience, agency experience preferred.
- Possessing a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience is a plus
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Excellent communication, people skills, strong organizational, presentation and time-management abilities
