Company Driver

We are seeking a dependable and punctual driver to join our restaurant team in Ghana. The driver will be responsible for delivering orders to customers, assisting with supply runs, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a solid knowledge of local routes, excellent time management, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers in various locations
Ensure orders are accurate and handled with care to maintain quality
Plan routes and manage delivery schedules for timely and efficient service
Perform regular checks on the vehicle to ensure it’s in good condition
Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and schedule routine maintenance
Adhere to all road safety regulations and traffic laws
Assist with loading, unloading, and checking of restaurant supplies as needed
Provide friendly and courteous service to customers upon delivery
Communicate any delivery delays or issues with restaurant management
Requirements:
Valid Ghanaian driver’s license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a delivery or personal driver, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting
Knowledge of local routes in the city and nearby areas
Excellent time management and punctuality
Professional demeanor and good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Senior high school certificate or equivalent
Experience in customer service roles
Familiarity with the city’s road network and traffic patterns
