Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Thoroughly clean guest apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
Clean and organize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure that towels and other amenities are replenished and neatly arranged.
Empty trash and ensure all waste is disposed of appropriately.
Guest Preparation:
Inspect apartments before guest check-in to ensure they are in pristine condition.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager immediately.
Ensure that all necessary supplies (toiletries, towels, linens, etc.) are well-stocked and replenished as needed.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials.
Notify the manager when supplies need to be reordered.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Be available to assist with any special requests or last-minute cleaning needs for guests.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in a hospitality or hotel setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
Friendly, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads.
