Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our Real Estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of properties, tenants, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular property patrols to detect and deter suspicious activity, ensuring the safety of tenants and visitors.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, alarms, and other security systems to identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, following established protocols.
• Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment for all occupants.
• Provide assistance and guidance to tenants and visitors regarding security-related concerns.
• Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports as required.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary during incidents or emergencies.
• Assist with access control, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.

Qualifications:
• High School certificate (JHS OR SHS) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
