Job Description
•
Interact with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and assist in forecasting future needs.
•
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing data, vendor agreements and records in the company's procurement system or database.
•
Review purchase requisitions for completeness and compliance with company policies. Follow up with requestors to obtain additional information if needed.
•
Assist in tracking and monitoring purchasing budgets to ensure spending stays within allocated limits.
•
Handle and resolve any administrative issues or discrepancies related to purchasing processes promptly and professionally.
•
Provide general support to the procurement team, such as researching potential suppliers, conducting market analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure procurement activities align with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
