Job Description

The Head of Marketing and Strategy is a pivotal role within an organization, responsible for driving overall marketing success and shaping the company's future direction. Here are some key roles:
1. Strategic Planning & Vision:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies: Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives. This includes defining target audiences, positioning the brand, and setting measurable KPIs.
• Conduct market research and analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop long-term strategic plans: Define the company's marketing vision, mission, and values, and outline a roadmap for achieving marketing goals.
2. Brand Management:
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
• Develop and implement branding campaigns: Create and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, build brand equity, and differentiate the company from competitors.
• Manage brand reputation: Monitor brand sentiment, address any negative feedback, and proactively manage crises.
3. Marketing Operations:
• Oversee all marketing activities: This includes digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, public relations, advertising, and events.
• Manage marketing budgets: Allocate resources effectively, track expenses, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
• Lead and mentor marketing teams: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and analyze marketing performance: Monitor key metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Generate regular reports: Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
• Use data to optimize marketing campaigns: Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with sales, product development, customer service, and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders: Present marketing plans, progress reports, and campaign results to senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders.
Key Skills:
• Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the brokerage's presence in existing and new markets.
• New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients to grow the brokerage's revenue.

Qualification
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, insurance qualification or a related
field.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years working experience.
