Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Female Business Development Executive to join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for our solar energy solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, market research abilities, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, government bodies, and corporate stakeholders.
2. Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Develop business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, incentives, and policies related to solar energy.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Meet with potential clients to understand their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align business strategies.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and business development goals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software(Odoo, Hubspot etc), MS Office, and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
