Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with expertise in computer systems, networks, software applications, and graphic design. This role requires problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
· Maintaining and monitoring network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
· Overseeing hardware and software upgrades and replacement
· Develop and analyze business intelligence needs
· Implementing and maintaining system security measures
· Providing advanced technical support to end-users on hardware and software issues
· Diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems
· Support Website updates and other business social medial platform
· A creative Graphic Designer, with proficiency in the use of design software including adobe illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields.
· Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the IT field.
· Proficiency in network administration, hardware maintenance, software troubleshooting and graphic design.
