Position Overview:

Key Role

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Accra. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining records and files, coordinating meetings, and overseeing administrative processes. Additional tasks include handling communications, managing schedules, and providing support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Administrative skills: Office management, record keeping, and scheduling
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various departments
Problem-solving skills: Proactive and able to handle issues promptly
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field
Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
