Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
Within the real estate industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive
revenue
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead negotiations and successfully close property sales and
rental deals
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional
platforms
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and
marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
