Job Description

*Event Planning & Decoration*
1. *Experience*:
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing events (corporate, weddings, parties, etc.).
- Understanding of event logistics, timelines, and budgets.

2. *Organizational Skills*:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

3. *Communication*:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients, vendors, and teams.

Decorations Qualifications:
1. *Creativity*:
- Strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
- Ability to create visually appealing and thematic decorations.

2. *Knowledge of Trends*:
- Familiarity with current trends in event decor, themes, and design.
- Ability to incorporate client preferences and cultural elements into designs.

3. *Technical Skills*:
