Human Resources Manger

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ahenenanahene Ansong Foundation. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition
- Oversee employee onboarding and training
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Administer benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
