Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing department. This role is responsible for developing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both sales strategies and marketing principles, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Marketing Management:
Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional platforms.

Oversee the development of marketing materials, including content, graphics, and promotional items.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Manage social media platforms, website content, and online presence.

Coordinate with product development and other departments to align strategies.

Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing reports.

Use analytics to assess campaign performance and ROI.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, CRM systems, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
