Job Description
This is a hybrid role for persons within Northern, Savanna, North East, Oti, Upper East and Upper West regions. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our life insurance products to prospective clients. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions to help them secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and leads.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their life insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Present and explain our insurance products clearly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of various life insurance products is a plus.
