• Strong communication and guest-handling skills
• Confident using smartphones, editing apps, and social media
• Calm, respectful, and organized
• Able to multitask: guest support + basic content creation
Requirements
• SHS certificate minimum (Tertiary education is a plus)
• At least 1 year experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service
• Must be available every weekend: Saturday morning to Monday noon (after guest check-outs and handover)
• Must live around East Legon Hills or nearby for easy commute
• Punctual, reliable, and able to handle full weekend shifts
