The role combines managing online campaigns, social media, and content creation with generating and converting business leads in HR outsourcing, recruitment, and payroll services.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or business development (HR industry preferred).
Strong SEO, social media ads, email marketing, and CRM skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
Based in Accra or willing to relocate.
