Job Description
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create overarching plans to promote products and services, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
• Set Marketing Goals: Establish specific objectives for marketing efforts, such as increasing web traffic or generating new leads.
• Plan Campaigns: Design and implement promotional campaigns across various channels, including advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for marketing campaigns and activities.
• Conduct Market Research: Identify customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviors through research and data analysis.
• Analyze Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Measure Campaign Performance: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns.
• Optimize Tactics: Use data insights to improve and refine marketing strategies and campaign tactics for better results and ROI.
• Create Content: Develop compelling marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, videos, and advertising content.
• Manage Digital Channels: Oversee social media accounts, optimize websites for search engines (SEO), and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Build Brand Awareness: Implement initiatives to increase awareness and build a strong brand identity for the company and its offerings.
• Generate Leads: Create and execute strategies to capture leads and convert them into customers.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Build Customer Relationships: Communicate with potential and existing customers to foster relationships and build loyalty.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Two Years of experience working in Marketing in the Electrical Industry.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of market research techniques.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
Extensive familiarity with web analytics and social media.
