Job Summary:
Reliance Personnel Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Officer to join our team in the Banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security measures to protect the company's sensitive information and systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits
• Manage security incidents and respond to breaches
• Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into systems and applications
• Provide security awareness training to employees
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security
• Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information
