About Us:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of paid marketing strategies, excellent management skills, and the ability to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee and manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.
- Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media initiatives, using data to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage the allocated budget to social media marketing effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on paid marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch) and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of content creation and storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
