Job Title: Marketing Manager - Brand Activations, Media Planning & Media Buying
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand activations, overseeing media planning and media buying campaigns, and managing the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying key media opportunities and translating them into effective, high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Activations:
o Develop and execute creative brand activation campaigns that connect with target audiences and elevate brand awareness.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiential marketing strategies, events, and promotional activities.
o Track and measure the effectiveness of brand activation efforts to ensure optimal ROI.
o Ensure all brand activations align with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

2. Media Planning:
o Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive media plans across multiple channels (digital, TV, radio, print, OOH, etc.).
o Analyze and identify the most effective media platforms for the target audience, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
o Develop media strategies that align with both short-term promotional goals and long-term brand objectives.
o Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging media opportunities to continuously refine media planning efforts.

3. Media Buying:
o Manage the media buying process, including negotiating rates, securing ad placements, and optimizing media spend.
o Work closely with external media vendors and partners to secure the best rates and placements, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
o Track and analyze campaign performance data to refine media buying strategies and improve ROI.
o Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

4. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
o Regularly report on the performance of brand activations, media planning, and buying efforts.
o Provide actionable insights based on campaign data to optimize future strategies.
o Collaborate with the analytics team to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and measure the success of each campaign.

5. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints.
o Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior marketing team members.
o Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, media planning, and media buying.
• Proven track record of successful brand activations and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising.
• Proficient in media planning tools, analytics platforms, and campaign tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with large budgets and high-visibility campaigns.
• Expertise in working with both traditional and digital media.
• Experience in the retail/ FMCG sector is a plus.
