Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, professionally managing inquiries, orders, and concerns.
o Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
o Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
o Supervise, motivate, and manage production staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
o Provide clear guidance, delegate tasks, and enforce adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
o Identify and address team training needs, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
3. Production and Operations Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and timely production processes to meet quality standards.
o Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate procurement to support uninterrupted production.
o Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
4. Target Setting and Performance Monitoring:
o Establish realistic production targets and continuously monitor team performance against these goals.
o Implement corrective actions to address production shortfalls and drive ongoing operational improvements.
5. Reporting and Communication:
o Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, sales outcomes, and team metrics.
o Maintain effective communication with senior management and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within manufacturing or construction-related industries.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Proficiency in basic office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for reporting and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of block manufacturing processes and construction materials.
• Experience in inventory management and procurement within a manufacturing context.
