Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Identification & Data Collection: Visit key trading hubs to identify businesses that import from Dubai, gather contacts, and understand their shipping needs.
Sales & Business Development: Promote our freight services, generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close deals.
Market Awareness & Promotion: Distribute marketing materials, educate traders about our services, and build brand recognition.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with importers, wholesalers, and retailers.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Target Market Areas:
Makola Market & Okaishie: Wholesale trading of textiles, cosmetics, and general goods.
Abossey Okai: Hub for auto spare parts and vehicle accessories.
Circle & Tiptoe Lane: Electronics, mobile phones, and accessories.
Tudu & Kantamanto: Clothing, footwear, and general merchandise.
Opera Square & Zongo Lane: IT products, electricals, and hardware.
Requirements:
Sales or marketing experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of key market areas and local languages is an advantage.
Compensation:
