Digital Marketer

Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketer at Innovate Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence, driving digital sales, creating engaging multimedia content, and providing IT support related to digital platforms. You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and improve customer engagement.

This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and analytical skills, with proficiency in IT, digital marketing, graphic design, web development, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Online Presence Management

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

· Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and digital advertising campaigns.

· Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and improve online visibility.

· Analyze website and social media analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

· Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.

2. Web Development & IT Support

· Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

· Update web content regularly and optimize the site for SEO and mobile responsiveness.

· Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website and other digital platforms.

· Ensure data security and website backups to prevent downtime or security breaches.

3. Sales & Lead Generation

· Develop and execute digital strategies to convert online leads into sales.

· Work closely with the sales and client relations team to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

· Create and manage landing pages and call-to-action strategies to improve conversions.

4. Content Creation & Graphic Design

· Design and create high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for digital campaigns.

· Develop engaging audio and video content for online promotions and brand awareness.

· Use graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro to develop marketing materials.

· Edit and optimize images, videos, and promotional content for online use.

5. Digital Trends & Innovation

· Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

· Experiment with new digital strategies and recommend innovative ideas to enhance engagement.

· Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust digital marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web development or content creation.

3. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, and digital advertising.

4. Strong experience with web development tools (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

5. Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, MS Designer, etc.).

6. Ability to create and edit video and audio content (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audacity, etc.).

7. Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
