Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development officer to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing deals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding complex client needs, and positioning our solutions to meet their objectives. An ideal candidate will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify potential clients and create a pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client challenges.
• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Effectively present and demonstrate our product and service solutions to clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue while aligning with client goals.
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, and customer care) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide feedback from the field to inform product/service development and marketing strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Forecasting and planning monthly and quarterly targets and executing them in a given time frame.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to navigate complex deal cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
