Job Description

A Sales Executive identifies and generates new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. They are the face of the company responsible for driving revenue through sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and target potential clients and markets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to drive conversions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Provide feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
