Job Description
Major Responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and issuing of inventories.
2. Ensure accurate inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory control measures.
3. Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
4. Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
5. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse efficiency and productivity.
6. Manage warehouse budgets, including labor, equipment, and supplies.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
8. Implement and maintain security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory.
9. Coordinate and prepare for audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
11. Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
