Job Description

Overview: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for open positions within the organization. This role encompasses the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract a highly qualified and diverse talent pool.

Craft and post accurate and compelling job descriptions that reflect the role's requirements.

Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct preliminary interviews via phone or video to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Provide constructive and timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to enhance the recruitment experience.

Maintain meticulous records of candidates and recruitment activities in line with organizational standards.

Collaborate with HR team members to streamline and improve recruitment practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of two (2) years of proven recruitment experience.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships.

Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
