Job Description

Location: Accra - Weija, Ghana
Industry: FMCG & Hardware (Large-Scale Manufacturing)

Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Supervisor will focus on efficiently sourcing and hiring large numbers of factory workers and production-related staff to meet the needs of a high-demand manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, leveraging multiple recruitment channels, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to support factory operations.

----Key Responsibilities:----
1.Mass Recruitment Execution:
Plan and execute high-volume recruitment drives for factory workers, including general laborers, machine operators, and warehouse staff.
Utilize a variety of recruitment channels such as local job boards, labor agencies, community referrals, and walk-in recruitment events.
2.Talent Pool Management
Build and maintain a robust database of pre-qualified workers to quickly fill urgent hiring needs.
Develop strong relationships with local labor agencies, community leaders, and vocational training centers to ensure a steady supply of candidates.
3.Collaboration with Factory Teams
Work closely with production supervisors and HR staff to understand manpower needs and adjust recruitment efforts accordingly.
Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the factory environment.

----Qualifications & Skills:----
1.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2.At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring for manufacturing or related industries.
3.Familiarity with local labor market trends and recruitment networks in Ghana.
