Key Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Accra. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing HR records, and providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Labor Law compliance skills
Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance Management experience
Organizational Development and HR Policy Development skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven experience in an HR Manager role or similar position
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
