Salary: GHS 5,000 – 10,000 / month

We are a Ghana startup led by a 29-year-old Japanese founder, currently in the early stages of launching a fast-casual food chain in Accra. Our mission is to promote the value of locally grown Ghanaian rice—especially from the northern regions—through delicious traditional rice-based dishes like Jollof Rice and Fried Rice.

These hardships are not just economic—they are human. Too many farming families are trapped in cycles of poverty and malnutrition, struggling to meet their basic needs. Meanwhile, the gap between rural communities and urban centers grows wider, leaving many behind.
By using their rice in our food, we aim to create a reliable, fair market and contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive local economy. In the future, we also plan to expand beyond our local food chain by developing branded Ghanaian rice and rice-based processed products, with the goal of improving the incomes of smallholder farmers.

We're looking for passionate, hands-on partners who want to build this business together from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join as a founding team member and help shape the future of a proudly Ghanaian food brand.

What You’ll Do (gradually, together):
Develop new rice-based menu items
Sell products directly at our shop(s) or pop-up locations
Conduct customer interviews and market research
Assist in sourcing local ingredients and managing suppliers
Contribute ideas and energy to growing the business
