Job Description

We are looking to hire an exemplary customer service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

The person will build a strong customer team to accomplish desired results. You will maintain documentation such as correspondence and operational records, and communicate promotional offers to customers.
Providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of operations.
Assisting other customer service staff with duties where required.
