Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative/Marketing
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Accra. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization. Key tasks include managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating training and development programs, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring legal compliance. The role will also involve performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Proficiency in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
Knowledge of performance management and employee development
Understanding of compensation and benefits administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources,
Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification (such as SHRM or CIPD) is an advantage
