Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently
Supervise staff and ensure adherence to service standards
Hire, train, and schedule team members
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor inventory, supplies, and food cost controls
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance
Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth coordination
Prepare sales reports and assist with budgeting and cost management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Good understanding of customer service and hospitality standards
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
Relevant diploma or certification in hospitality management is a plus
must be in and around the Tema area
