Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment
Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent customer service
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
Take drink orders, suggest menu items, and upsell when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Monitor guests to ensure responsible alcohol consumption
Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role
Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation
Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
Must be of legal drinking age
Food & beverage training or certification is a plus
