Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads
Present, promote, and sell properties and services to clients
Conduct site inspections with clients and provide professional guidance
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep up-to-date with property listings, market trends, and customer preferences
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Must be good-looking, presentable, and confident in appearance and communication
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Experience in real estate or a sales-related field is an advantage
Must be proactive, trustworthy, and results-driven
Ability to speak multiple local languages is a plus
Willingness to travel within and outside the city for business
Qualifications:
HND, Degree, or relevant certificate in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Real estate training or background is an added advantage.
