Position Overview:

Key Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Accra. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and conducting guided tours, managing travel and tourism activities, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and driving sales activities related to tour packages and customer engagements.
Qualifications
Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
Strong Customer Service skills
Expertise in handling Reservations
Proven Sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using tourism-related software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fi
