Job Title: Technical Sales Representative
Industry: Mining Industry
Location: Prampram, Ghana (Job will require travel all across Ghana)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven commercial skills to effectively sell our specialized products to the mining industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients in the mining industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our specialized products.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the mining industry.
• Strong technical understanding of mining operations and equipment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to travel frequently to visit clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Prior experience selling technical products to the mining industry.
• Established network of contacts within the mining sector.
