Job Description

WHOLESALE CHANNEL MANAGER
Location: North Industrial Area

Job Description:
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve wholesalers' channel sales and collection targets.
•Manage and oversee the daily operations of the wholesale department.
•Maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new opportunities.
•Negotiate terms and pricing with clients for better profitability for the organization.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
•Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Prepare and manage the wholesale sales budget.
•Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional activities and materials.
•Provide training and support to the wholesale team.
•Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and report to senior management.
•Translating strategy into initiatives, coordinating projects, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
•Supporting technology implementation of business strategies and Championing cost-effective solutions.
•Determine product mix, stock level, and service standard to meet the market.
•To liaise and coordinate with support functions for the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements:
•Should have a strong understanding of distribution channel dynamics, including wholesaling, retailing, and dealer networks.
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
•Must have an analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Should have leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
•Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education/Experience:
•A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
•Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in sales management, preferably in distribution channel sales with any related role.
