Job Description:
•To achieve the Sales & Collection targets for the assigned route & territory.
•To service the existing clients and to look at opportunities to expand business through appointment of new clients.
•To improve product display and any other merchandise displays.
•To ensure range selling across all relevant outlets.
•Regular reporting of market Intelligence.
•To strictly comply with the inventory reconciliation process.
•To strictly adhere to the account reconciliation process.
•To submit all reports on time.
•Supporting technology implementation of business strategies and championing cost-effective solutions.
•To comply with market working policies and procedures.
Qualification:
•SHS, WASSCE, Diploma/HND in Marketing is a plus.
•Must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in sales management, preferably in distribution channel sales with any related role.
