Location: West Hills, Pig Farm, East-Legon
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional service to guests
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
