Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
Train and supervise staff members to ensure high levels of customer service
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive business
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the restaurant industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
