Job Description
Location: Accra
Department: HR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruitment Strategy Development: Formulate and improve recruitment plans and strategies based on the company's development goals and staffing needs.
• Recruitment Channel Management: Explore and maintain diverse recruitment channels, including campus recruitment, social recruitment, and online recruitment.
• Job Analysis and Description: Communicate with various departments to understand job requirements and write job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
• Resume Screening: Collect, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.
• Interview and Assessment: Organize and participate in interviews, assess candidates' abilities and fit, and provide support for recruitment decisions.
• Recruitment Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and propose optimization suggestions to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Employee Onboarding Management: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and effective training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Masters degree or above,preferably in human resources management, psychology, business administration, or related fields.
o Over 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, with prior experience as a recruitment supervisor preferred.
o Familiarity with recruitment processes, interview techniques, and talent assessment methods; knowledge of human resources-related laws and regulations.
o Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively engage with employees and management at all levels.
o Good data analysis skills, capable of making reasonable recruitment decisions based on data.
